♥♥ Webquest ♥♥

What is Webquest?

A “WebQuest” is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web. And it is a learning activity used by educators. During this activity learners read, analyze, and synthesize information using the World Wide Web. Learners typically complete WebQuests as cooperative groups. Each learner within a group can be given a "role," or specific area to research. WebQuests may take the form of role-playing scenarios, where students take on the personas of professional researchers or historical figures.

How will it help to the learners and teacher?

It may help the students and the teachers learning, because in this process the learners and teacher will designed to use learners' time well, to focus on using information rather than on looking for it, and to support learners' thinking at the levels of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. In this way both of them will motivated to analyze and summarize any problems in order for them to become a better one. And in this way the student will know what are the important details on there teacher gave them.

Will it be applicable in our country?

I think it will be applicable in our country, because some teachers using this kind of strategies for the students to be well aware of any information. As we all know that Webquests is one of the most fascinating applications for teachers. Student-centered and inquiry-based, a Webquest challenges students to explore the web for information. By bringing real-life context and technology to the curriculum through a project-based learning approach, students are encouraged to become independent workers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners.

Webquest is not just a way of learning, but also a way for students to work together. If students learn to take responsibility for their own learning, they will form the basis for the way they will work with others in their adult life.

Gymnastics Warm-ups

Warm up:

It is very important that the learner will know what are the basic warm up that they will going to have. Gymnastics is also one of the most popular sports for young children, as beginner gymnastics exercises foster self-confidence, team building and general athleticism. Before beginning any gymnastics workout there are necessary warm ups that should be done. A proper warm up can increase the blood flow to the working muscle which results in decreased muscle stiffness, less risk of injury and improved performance. Additional benefits of warming up include physiological and psychological preparation. Warm-ups can pre-stretch the muscles to prepare them for any potential purposeful or accidental stretching of the muscles during the workout. Depending on the workout structuring warm-up can allow gymnasts to spend a period of time working before practice on increasing flexibility.

Tutorial:

This software is very important in terms of this activity, because in this software we will going to determine what the possible things are that the learners will going to have. They must watch the video first before going to have the activity, for them to be aware of what would be the things that they will going to do. Drill and Practice:

In this software the students will motivated to listen and to watch the video carefully and they must cooperate and at the same time listen to the instructor so that they will easily cope up some ideas on what this activity for. Take the time to carefully prepare your body for the stress of practice and anything that might happen during practice. We have developed some dance and routine drills that can help create that type of dancing ability and are fun to do. Some of these dance drills can be done on the sidelines while a gymnast is waiting for their turn to perform their routine.
